Jurassic Park and Peaky Blinders star Sam Neill has died aged 78.
He was born in Omagh in Co. Tyrone, living in Northern Ireland until the age of 7 when his family returned to his father’s native New Zealand.
The actor’s family say he passed away suddenly, after being given the all clear from cancer.
They’ve posted a statement on social media, saying he was surrounded by his loved ones and “passed with the dignity that characterised his whole life”.
