The HSE’s Senior Management Team has this afternoon approved the reimbursement of Skyclarys for patients with Friedreich’s Ataxia.
The Taoiseach has welcomed the HSE’s decision, saying it’s been a very challenging period for families.
Michael Martin says the Minister for Health and the Government will now work to support implementation of the recommendation as quickly as possible.
