Carndonagh have beaten Buncrana 0-26 to 1-19 after extra-time in this evening’s dramatic Donegal Intermediate Football Championship Quarter-Final in Muff.
It was frantic conclusion to normal time with Carn equalising thanks to a late Darragh Browne two-pointer which sent the game to extra-time.
Carndonagh took the initiative in the first period of extra time and were 1-17 to 0-22 ahead at the interval, going on to win by four by the time the full time whistle was blown at the end of a brilliant game.
