Periodic 30km/hr speed signs are set to implemented at Scoil Bhríde in Lettermacaward during drop off and pick up times.
This follows a public consultation on speed where residents of the village made representations to have the area around the school included in speed review planning.
The new signage is set to come into effect in the first quarter of next year.
