Following an issue where nappies were dumped at Stragill beach in July a new proposal has been brought to the Inishowen Municipal District.
Cllr Fionán Bradley raised the matter calling on the council to introduce the cloth nappy incentive scheme.
He says the figures in the scheme are promising with environmental benefits seen in other examples of the scheme being used.
