A man in his 30s has been charged following an incident in Killygordon.
Gardaí received a report of an incident at Railway Avenue at around 7.30pm yesterday evening.
Three men, aged in their 30s, 40s and 50s, were arrested.
The man in his 30s is due before Buncrana District Court this morning, while the man in his 40s has been released without charge, pending a file for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
The third man remains in custody, with investigations ongoing.
