Donegal County Council is urging the public to avail of free hi-vis clothing.
With the evenings getting darker, they say it is important that everyone is bright, seen and safe.
Free high-visibility vests are available to members of the public at Donegal County Council Public Service Centres in Carndonagh, Donegal Town, Dungloe, Milford and Letterkenny, and at County House in Lifford.
