The Chairperson of an Animal Charity in Derry says they are horrified after a greyhound was found in the River Foyle with it’s ears cut off.
Racing greyhounds carry ID marks on their ears and the dogs ears were removed to prevent the owner from being identified.
The greyhound was found in the river foyle with a stanley knife and gloves nearby on Wednesday.
