A Derry man charged with weapons and explosives training in Syria has had his case further adjourned at Derry Magistrate’s Court due to a delay in topography reports.
Eamonn Bradley (26) of 48, Benview Estate, Coshquin in Derry was supposed to have a preliminary enquiry in his case on September 24.
However, today a prosecutor told the court that while forensic, telephone and financial investigation reports were ready they were still awaiting a topography report.
A defence solicitor Mr. Paddy McGurk said they would not be objecting to the delay but wanted the case to go ahead as quickly as possible.
The case was adjourned until the end of October to allow a date to be set for a preliminary enquiry.
Bradley is on bail.
