The was an almost 5% increase in house prices in Donegal in the last six months of 2015.
According to the REA Average House Price Survey, the price of the average three-bed semi detached house in Donegal now stands at €82,500.
REA agents in Donegal are predicting a further 10% rise in prices in 2016, after 13% was added to the value of the average three-bed semi in 2015.
