Lecturers at the Letterkenny Institute of Technology are going on strike.
They will join colleagues around the country in the action is due to take place on Wednesday 3rd February.
Their union, the TUI, says key concerns include chronic under funding of the sector, a rise in student numbers and a full in lecturers.
