Tyrone booked their place in the last four with a 2-9 to 0-6 win over Antrim.
Donegal lost 0-12 to 0-8 against Fermanagh.
Elsewhere, Ronan McNamee got a late point to give Martin McHugh’s University of Ulster Jordanstown a fine 2-7 to 1-9 success over Armagh.
Down beat St. Mary’s 3-20 to 2-14.
Derry beat Queen’s 0-17 to 2-8 and they go through to take on Cavan, who were held to a 0-13 to 0-13 draw by Monaghan.
