Donegal and Kerry will go before the hearing’s committee tonight seeking a reduction in the fines handed out following the round four game in the National Football League in Tralee.
Both county boards were hit with €7,500 sanctions arising out of the controversial game at the start of the month.
Donegal are hopeful of getting the fine reduced significantly after recent €5,000 fines handed down to Armagh and Fermanagh were reduced to €1,500 by the CHC.
Meanwhile Donegal have withdrawn their request for a hearing on the one game ban given to Neil McGee.
It’s understood if Donegal lost the appeal and further punishment was dished out he would be ruled out of this weekend’s Dublin game.
He didn’t feature in the game against Roscommon in Letterkenny.
