Donegal Deputy Joe Hugh has been appointed the new Junior Minister of State for the Diaspora and Overseas Development Aid.
Deputy McHugh leaves his former brief of the Arts Culture and Gaeltacht affairs behind.
The Taoiseach has made his formal announcement of his Junior Ministers in the Dail a short time ago.
