English title for Finn Valley’s Sommer Lecky

Sommer Lecky won the English u20 high jump title at the weekend in Sheffield.
The Finn Valley girl continued her good form with a clearance of 1.79m to take the title ahead of a very competitive field.
Sommer did raise the bar to 1.82m in an attempt at a new Irish junior record but it wasn’t to be on this occasion.
