40 people awaiting in-patient beds at LUH this morning

There were 40 patients awaiting admission at Letterkenny University Hospital this morning, 16 of them on Emergency Department trolleys.
That’s the third highest figure in the country, surpassed only by Limerick with 55 and Cork with 45.
Nationally, there were 555 people awaiting in-patient beds at hospitals around the country.
