An unnecessary A5 legal challenge is costing the public hundreds of thousands.
That’s according to West Tyrone MLA Daniel McCrossan who was responding to news from Permanent Secretary of the Department of Infrastructure, Peter May that the A5 legal bill is anticipated to cost upwards of £350,000.
McCrossan says that this is not only an unnecessary waste of public resources but it’s also stalling a vital piece of infrastructure for the North West from progressing:
