A Letterkenny Cllr believes the Bonagee Link road must be fast tracked once and for all.
It’s after the main approach road into Letterkenny was the subject of huge traffic delays yesterday when a trailer carrying hay bales overturned on the Polestar roundabout.
In some cases, motorists were delayed for up to an hour as a result.
The latest update on the proposed relief road was that it would be up to three years before any significant work is done.
