X-Ray services are to be restored at Donegal and Killbegs Community Hospitals from next Monday.
The units had been closed for the past two weeks, and the HSE had given no date for their reopening.
Senator Brian O Domnhaill asked in the Seanad last night that the units be open two days a week.
But the service will be available for one day per week at each facility.
