People asked to only to attend LGH casualty in emergencies today

Staff at Letterkenny General Hospital are asking people this morning only to attend the casualty department if its an emergency.
People are being asked to attend their GP if possible.
Letterkenny General Hospital was extremely busy last night and this morning, but all clinics are going ahead today.
