Donegal houses exceed their guide price in Dublin mass sale

A number of houses in Donegal were among  108 properties offered at auction in Dublin yesterday.
97 of the properties located around the country were  sold under the hammer.
Modern houses in the Beechwood estate in Convoy sold for comfortably over their guides.
A three-bedroom semi sold for €32,000, or €11,000 over its guide price. The four-bedroom houses in the estate sold for €50,000 plus.
