They’ve informed the FAI they will be unable to fulfil Saturday’s SSE Airtricity Premier Division trip to Sligo Rovers.
A member of the first-team squad tested positive for COVID-19 last week.
Waterford were forced to field their under-19s last week against Drogheda, and were hammered 7-nil.
Sligo will be awarded this Saturday’s tie on a 3-0 scoreline.
