Bundoran look set to enter the appeal process at Croke Park.
Their appeal centre’s around the number of substitutes used by Ardara in their first round defeat last month.
Bundoran’s appeal to the Donegal CCC was successful and the game was ordered to be replayed but Ardara then appealed to Ulster who went in their favour because of a misapplication to the rules on the paper work of the Donegal CCC.
Bundoran who have an outside chance of making the quarter finals of the senior championship will now bring their case to the Central Hearing’s Committee this Thursday, if that is not successful they still have the option of the Dispute Resolution Authority.
Their appeal will be heard just two days before their round four game with St Eunan’s.
