The Health Minister has been told that there is an unprecedented crisis in Letterkenny University Hospital’s Emergency Department.
At one stage yesterday 10 ambulances were backed up at the hospital’s ED.
Speaking in the Dail last night on a Sinn Fein motion on Health Waiting Lists, Donegal Deputy Padraig MacLochlainn once again highlighted the impact of a lack of investment in the hospital:
