Government urged to act on potential industrial action by postmasters

 

The Government is coming under further pressure to do all it can to avert industrial action by postmasters.

An emergency meeting is to be held on Monday where they will consider balloting on industrial
action.

South Donegal Deputy Marian Harkin told Minister Michael McGrath in the Dail that they have reached a tipping point waiting for payments.

She pressed the Minister to expedite the already agreed payments:
