IMPACT’s North West spokesperson says health service managers are being set up to fail in Donegal.
Health service unions are meeting with senior HSE managers this afternoon to discuss the executive’s budget and service plan.
Richie Carrothers of IMPACT says he fears for the future of services across the board, particularly at Letterkenny General Hospital and in the provision of care for the elderly.
He says there’s a contradiction between seeking delivery of a comprehensive service plan while demanding that restricitve budgetary constraints be adhered to…………
