Letterkenny Rugby Club were beaten at home on Saturday afternoon in the Ulster Championship 3.
It finished 24-13 in favour of Monaghan.
Monaghan have now leapfrogged Letterkenny in the table and moved up to second with Paul O’Kane’s side dropping into third.
