They are reminding motorists to drive slowly and with care. Ensure that you are travelling within the legal speed limit at all times.
Wear your seatbelt and ensure that your passengers are wearing theirs also.
Do not use/hold a mobile phone while driving. Never drive while under the influence of alcohol/drugs.
