Donegal Deputy Thomas Pringle has called for a follow up report to the Brandon Report to be published, after further concerns were raised at the weekend that more allegations of sexual abuse could emerge.
The “Brandon Report” was released in December of last year, and outlined 108 incidents of serious assault carried out by a resident, given the pseudonym Brandon, between 2003 and 2016 at Ard Greine Court in Stranorlar.
According to the Independent, a second follow-up validation report has now been published internally by the HSE, with details being shared with families and affected parties.
The HSE also confirmed to Highland Radio News that they are not willing to share any further details of the new report, as they wish to inform those impacted first.
