The latest figures from the Department of Education show that over 300 Ukrainian children have enrolled in County Donegal schools since the outbreak of war in Ukraine.
There are now a total of 229 Ukrainian children in primary schools here, with 85 enrolled in post-primary education as of last Friday.
Nationally, 6,797 Ukrainian children have been enrolled at Irish schools since Russia invaded the country in February of this year.
