Finn Valley’s John Kelly woke up on Wednesday morning as the new Irish Shot Putt record holder.
At the Cork City Sports World Continental Tour Meet on Tuesday evening, John threw 20.16 metres, breaking 20 metres for the first time in his career to take the national record.
