Letterkenny AC’s Ann-Marie McGlynn has scored a top-30 finish in the Women’s Marathon at the European Athletics Championships in Munich.
She came across the line in 28th place, with a time of 2:34.15.
Fionnuala McCormack meanwhile was Ireland’s top finisher in seventh position, with Aoife Cooke the other Irish runner finishing 34th.
McCormack had been part of the leading group but ultimately finished 50 seconds behind the bronze medalist.
