Bomb hoax at Omagh Police Station

A bomb alert at Omagh PSNI station has been delcared a hoax after a security operation last night.
A number of houses in the vicinity were evacuated after a suspicious package was found at the police station. After it was examined by amy bomb disposal experts, the object was declared a hoax late last night.
Residents were allowed back into their homes late last night, and the police station is operating normally today.
Meanwhile, the bomb alert close to Teebane roundabout on the Cookstown to Omagh Road was declared a hoax after a controlled explosion was carried out last night.
