Donegal Deputy Thomas Pringle has submitted a parliamentary question to the Minister for Education, regarding the progress of construction at Gaelscoil na gCeithre Máistrí.
The Donegal Town school is one of 58 schools across Ireland with outstanding works to be done.
Deputy Pringle condemned the Governments decision to sit on a reported €6-billion rainy-day fund while putting a hold on school constructions due to budgetary constraints.
There are 16 schools affected in Donegal.
