The Atlantic Technological University is to receive a share of a €9 million fund for higher education institutions to improve access to higher education for students with an intellectual disability.
Higher Education Institutions are being asked for three-year proposals on how they can improve access and enhance course provision.
Minister for Further and Higher Education Simon Harris is encouraging all institutions to engage with the call.
