PSNI warn of dangers of drink driving following Co. Tyrone crash

Police in the North are reminding motorists about the dangers of drink driving after two crashes overnight.

The first happened in Cookstown in Tyrone, and the second was in Belleek in Fermanagh.

Both drivers were arrested on suspicion of drink-driving.

The PSNI says “reducing deaths and serious injury on roads is a policing priority”.

It adds that its message is clear – “never EVER drink and drive”.
