A number of road offences have been detected by an Garda Síochána over the weekend.
Buncrana Roads Policing Unit have been conducting checkpoints with the RSA this weekend in the Inishowen area.
They have warned road users to
- Slow down
- Never drive while under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Wear your seatbelt
- Do not use/hold your mobile phone while driving
- Ensure that your vehicle is in a roadworthy condition before setting off on your journey
