Letterkenny University Hospital was among the most overcrowded hospitals in the country today.
41 admitted patients were awaiting beds today, 19 of them in the emergency department.
Nationally, there were 467 patients without a bed this morning, according to the IMNO.
LUH was fourth on the list behind University Hospital Limerick, University Hospital Galway, and St. Vincent’s University Hospital.
