A woman in her fifties has died following what’s been described as a one-vehicle collision in Limavady yesterday.
Police say they received a report at around 2.50pm of a collision involving a pedestrian and a car in the Drumrane Road area.
Medical treatment was provided at the scene, but the woman passed away from her injuries a short time later.
The Drumrane Road, which was closed for a time, has since re-opened.
Police are urging anyone who witnessed the collision, or who may have any information to come forward.
