Donegal businessman Peter Casey is seeking planning permission to transform the derelict Ludden House in Buncrana into social housing.
Plans include the demolition of the current property and the construction of 24 high-spec timber-framed two-bedroom apartments.
Mr Casey says the housing situation in Donegal is beyond urgent, and with this development, he says it’s not just about building homes, but restoring hope.
