Letterkenny University Hospital recorded the third highest level of admitted patients waiting for a bed this morning.
The figures were released by the IMNO.
27 people were waiting in LUH, with four in the emergency department.
Meanwhile, 25 patients were without beds in Sligo University Hospital, leaving 52 in total without in the Northwest region.
It comes ahead of what is expected to be a busy bank holiday weekend in the emergency departments.
