Reelin Bridge was recently flooded again due to overgrowth under its arches that has yet to be cleared.
Cllr Martin Scanlon says this could have a detrimental effect on the structure, which he has long urged authorities to address.
He is now calling for an assessment of the bridge to ensure it is properly maintained:
