Fireworks caused substantial damage to the fence outside a house in Keelogs, Churchill on Halloween night.
Gardai say youths are believed to have lit fireworks outside the house, which damaged the fence when they went off.
Anyone who observed a group of youths in the area, or travelled in the area with a dash-cam between 8pm and 10pm on that
