The man who was found unresponsive at a home in Annagry has died in hospital.
Gardaí say the man, in his 50s, who was discovered on Monday, passed away last night.
The State Pathologist has been requested to carry out a post-mortem tomorrow, the results of which will determine the course of the investigation.
