Nine PSNI officers were assaulted over the weekend in Derry City and Strabane.
Three of these incidents happened in Strabane and one in the city which saw officers being kicked, punched, bitten and spat on.
Five arrests have been made in relation to these incidents, one person was charged to court for offences including assault on police, two were released on bail to allow for further enquires while the remaining two people remain in custody.
