Donegal County Council has been given a progress report on 1,624 planned social homes as part of its campaign to address the housing crisis in the county.
Of those, 301 have been completed, 587 are on site, and 69 are at tender stage.
254 in-house Projects with planning approved are at the detailed design stage, 200 in-house projects are at the pre-planning stage, 213 approved projects are at the competitive dialogue stage.
Members were also briefed on the council’s planned actions for December.
