Convoy is becoming a commuter town for Letterkenny, and the proper services need to developed to manage the towns growth.
Cllr Martin Harley says there needs to a balance struck between the number of houses being built and the available amenities for residence there.
However given Convoys close proximity to Letterkenny which offers a large amount employment, demand for housing is growing.
