Seanad hears concern over lack of vascular team at Letterkenny University Hospital

The Seanad chamber has heard concerns over the absence of a vascular team at Letterkenny University Hospital.

Senator Manus Boyle says renal patients are being forced to travel to Galway for procedures related to dialysis treatment.

He added that this places an excessive financial and time burden on people who are already unwell.

Senator Boyle asked that the issue be discussed with the Health Minister:
