The Radisson Blu Hotel in Letterkenny has been sold to Austrian investor Thomas Röggla’s TMR Hotel Collection for over €16 million.
The 114‑room hotel was previously owned by the Byrne family.
Paul Byrne, Managing Director, said that the purchase comes 23 years after the hotel had been in his family’s care.
He thanked all those who had supported the business over the years.
This deal adds to TMR’s growing portfolio of upscale Irish hotels, including Harvey’s Point in Donegal.
