An application for 60 CALF-supported homes in Carndonagh has been raised in the Dáil.
The Capital Advance Leasing Facility allows the Government to assist Approved Housing Bodies in buying or building new social housing units.
Donegal TD Charles Ward says that 60 new units would be crucial to easing the housing crisis and for development in the area.
